Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting services from Bold North Electric, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services & Estimates

All estimates provided by Bold North Electric are based on information available at the time of the quote. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those described, or if additional work is required to meet code. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Bold North Electric reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a separate written agreement has been made. Bold North Electric accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned-check fee. Unpaid balances past 30 days may be subject to a monthly finance charge and collection proceedings.

Warranty

All workmanship performed by Bold North Electric is warranted against defects for a minimum of one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor only and does not extend to manufacturer defects in materials or equipment, damage caused by misuse, modification by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to office@BoldNorthElectric.com.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By submitting your phone number through our website or contact forms, you consent to receive text messages from Bold North Electric regarding your service request, scheduling, estimates, and related communications. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By providing your mobile number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll. Bold North Electric will not share your number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
